The paper describes the results of experiments on determining the dependencies between the technological parameters of the spray drying process and the physical characteristics of granules during the process of producing encapsulated vitamin A feed. During the work, the influence of the parameters of the emulsion feed rate and the spray nozzle rotation speed on the size and residual moisture content of the granules was revealed. It was found that the parameters of the air temperature supply intensity significantly affect the residual moisture content and bulk density of the granules. Among the studied parameters, the parameter of the technological air temperature has the greatest impact on the morphology and structure of the granules: increased air temperature leads to swelling and disruption of the proper structure of the granules.
