Abstract

The purpose of this discussion, which began quite a long time ago (see [6; 7; 9]), is to try to answer the question: what is “colonization” and what is “development”? In your turn, the search for an answer to the question posed presupposes the need determine not only the terminology, but also an understanding of how and the direction in which research and management practices directly related to “colonization” and “development” have evolved. Naturally, the participants in the dialogue are aware of the fact that they do not have an exhaustive answer, but there is hope that they will be able to attract the attention of their colleagues to the problems of “colonization” and “development” - they are worth it, we are sure of that.
