Abstract

This study is based on empirical data collected through interviews with top managers of South Korean companies operating in Primorsky Krai. The article focuses on examining the internationalization strategies implemented by these companies and discusses the challenges encountered during the integration process. Furthermore, the success factors and systemic entry mode issues specific to the Russian Far Eastern market are identified. Building upon these findings, the study develops an internationalization model and offers practical recommendations aimed at facilitating the successful integration of South Korean companies in the business environment of the Russian Far East.
