Abstract

The article deals with the social and legal aspects of the functioning of the collective subject of knowledge using the case of megascience projects. The author examines their main characteristics, organizational and legal forms, the norms of legal regulation of their activities, and also raises the issue of the transformation of modern law under the influence of digital challenges.
