Современный взгляд на феномен профессионального выгорания медицинских работников Палестины

Такие факторы условий труда, как биологические, химические, физические, напряжённый и тя-жёлый трудовой процесс, работа в условиях психоэмоционального перенапряжения, несомнен-но, влияют на состояние здоровья медицинского персонала и непосредственно могут привести к развитию эмоционального выгорания. В развивающейся стране, которая пострадала от постоян-ного контроля Израиля, COVID-19 и продолжающихся военных нападений со стороны Израиля, наиболее вероятно, что это затронет все аспекты здоровья, будь то психическое, социальное или физическое. Эти существующие условия являются основой для проведения данного иссле-дования.
Цель исследования – оценка профессионального выгорания среди медицинских работников в Палестине.
Медицинские работники Палестины сталкиваются со сложной задачей оказания медицинской помощи гражданам на современном этапе, заботы о себе и своих семьях. Помимо профессиональных факторов, военные действия могут влиять на психическое здоровье персонала лечебных учреждений. Установлено, что эти факторы привели к развитию и повышению уровня профессионального выгорания среди медицинских работников, что в будущем может явиться высоким риском оттока медицинских кадров, ухода из профессии, что в целом приведёт к ухудшению системы здравоохранения страны, вызывая серьёзные гуманитарные проблемы. Необходимо принять срочные меры для восстановления мира в регионе и налаживания таких условий труда медицинских работников, которые позволят спокойно выполнять свой профессиональный долг без дополнительных стрессовых ситуаций. Палестинское правительство должно усилить политику охраны труда и техники безопасности для медицинских работников в регионе.
