The purpose of the journal is to summarize scientific and practical achievements in the field of clinical and fundamental medicine, exchange research results between researchers, practitioners and teachers of medical and natural science specialties. The journal publishes original articles, reviews, reviews, short messages, and informational materials.
Russian and foreign scientists and doctors conducting scientific research in the following areas are invited to publish: clinical medicine, preventive medicine, molecular biology, hygiene and epidemiology.
