This article is a continuation of the discussion of the problems of training practical psychologists, which began in the previous issue of this journal (2024, No. 3). Attention is drawn to the need to determine methodological resources, identifying criteria for their quality. The issue of requirements for the nature of interaction between the teacher and the student in the process of training practical psychologists, their personal characteristics is highlighted. The issues of human resources for the process of training practical psychologists, the qualifications of trainers (mentors) are raised. Directions in the development of issues related to such a function of a specialist as an examination are outlined. The Conclusion defines those urgent tasks, the solution of which will allow creating a general professional concept for training specialists in providing psychological assistance to the population.
