AUKUS – новый актор безопасности в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе: причины и предпосылки появления альянса

В данной статье проведена системная оценка общих и частных интересов и целей стран-участниц стратегического партнёрства AUKUS для выявления конкретных причин и предпосылок, определяющих необходимость создания данного альянса в системе международной безопасности Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона. Сделан вывод о том, что стратегическое партнёрство AUKUS представляется как модернизированная и более практически ориентированная модель альянса, необходимая для реализации военно-блоковой политики США и их союзников в регионе на современном этапе. Концепция AUKUS, которая в настоящее время включает программу атомных подводных лодок и развитие ряда наукоёмких направлений сотрудничества в оборонной сфере участников альянса, определяет решающее значение для участников в доктрине нового оборонного союза, который призван не только обеспечить военное присутствие США и Великобритании в регионе на несколько десятилетий вперед, но и качественно улучшить показатели геополитической выгоды стран, а также снизить экономические и военно-политические издержки в условиях конфронтационной стагнации между США и их союзниками и Китаем.
