Towers and Gardens of modern times

Abstract

Today, in the conditions of the information society and the current global demographic situation, the towers are acquiring new utilitarian functions. Skyscrapers premises for almost any purpose. The article formulates the definition of Towers and Gardens in the modern design consciousness, which is formed under the influence of scientific and technological progress. The tower becomes a kind of receptacle for the entire socio-cultural heritage of mankind. Pandemic architecture, an example of which is also discussed in the article, vividly illustrates the still fantastic picture of how a person can live a full life without leaving one building. Based on the actual problems of meeting the needs of residents of large cities through architecture, the key parameters of the research object that affect the formation of the urban environment are identified. A wide range of aspects of designing these facilities in modern megacities is considered. A spatial and comparative analysis of recent projects in the "towers and gardens" paradigm was carried out, and for the first time a project created by a neural network was analyzed.
