The results of experimental studies on the selection of the composition of road cement concrete from available raw materials are presented. A detailed assessment of the quality of aggregates, cement was carried out and an additive was selected for designing the road base from cement concrete. An assessment of the physical and mechanical properties of cementconcrete for compliance with the Btb 2.0 class was carried out. An assessment of the physical and mechanical properties of cementconcrete for compliance with the Btb 2.0 class was carried out. In the course of the experimental coating, defects were identified; to solve this problem, changes were proposed in the fractional composition of coarse aggregate. The selected composition made it possible to solve the problem by increasing the average density and strength at the same cement consumption. From the concrete of the proposed composition, an experimental base of the road was laid, which had no defects on its surface.
