Abstract

The need to improve domestic shipbuilding is objectively dictated by the development of science and technology, the creation of complex, knowledge-intensive objects – ships. Using the famous expression of D.I. Mendeleev “...Science begins when they begin to measure...”, improving methods for obtaining reliable estimates of indicators and parameters of shipbuilding production is an urgent problem. The lack of a unified methodological basis for obtaining reliable estimates on a systematic basis does not allow taking into account changes in the conditions of work, the introduction of innovative technologies, technical re-equipment, assessment and analysis of the state of production, and forecasting scientifically based directions for its improvement. First of all, there is a need to clarify methodological approaches to standardizing labor intensity based on reliable discrete estimates of shipbuilding work, starting from the early stages of technical preparation of production for all types and objects of work. The article proposes an analysis of the accumulated scientific experience for its use in improving the standardization of labor intensity of shipbuilding work.
