The article discusses the development and validation of an integrated methodology for assessing the impact of road construction complex objects on various aspects of the environment. The research aim is to improve the accuracy of predicting environmental consequences in the design of new infrastructure projects. Research methods include the application of a mathematical model based on the advection-diffusion equation supplemented with Gaussian distribution to assess pollutant dispersion. This model allows for both direct and diffusive pollutant spread, contributing to more accurate modeling of their behavior under different conditions. The study results demonstrate that the proposed methodology effectively forecasts changes in pollutant concentrations in the atmosphere at various distances from the source. The main findings emphasize that the integrated approach significantly enhances the quality of environmental impact assessment of construction, providing more reliable data for managerial decision-making. The article reflects the application of a combined advection-diffusion approach with Gaussian distribution to assess real-time and spatial dynamics of pollutant dispersion, representing a substantial improvement over traditional methods primarily focusing on static analysis.
