On the issue of measuring the concentration of coal dust when monitoring the quality of atmospheric air

Abstract

The experience of determining the degree of pollution of atmospheric air in populated areas with coal dust is analyzed, problems are identified in the analysis of the dust content of atmospheric air in the area of ​​coal transshipment activities. An experiment was carried out to determine the amount of coal dust in the city of Nakhodka according to the current accredited measurement methodology, problem areas of the experiment were identified, and measures were proposed to minimize the error of the method used.
