Abstract

In 2023, the All-Russian fund of scientific and educational publications was replenished with another new publication. On the recommendation and with the support of leading specialists of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, the ASV Publishing House (Moscow) published the textbook “Information Modeling and Artificial Intelligence in Modern Construction and Housing and Communal Services.” This is the first textbook in Russia on the use of information modeling technologies in construction, designed to raise the management of design and construction processes to a new level of efficiency.
