North Korea has stopped testing nuclear weapons. It was determined the degree of influence of US-North Korean relations on the foreign policy of the Republic of Korea.
The authorities of the Republic of Korea were forced to regulate economic tensions with Japan and resolve militarypolitical differences with the United States. A comparative description of the methods for implementing leadership qualities by the heads of both Korean states is given. Many problems were not solved, but the situation did not worsen.
