Abstract

This article discusses the main areas of cooperation between the USSR and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV) in the field of science in the period 1976–1983. The materials of the funds of the state archives of Moscow and St. Petersburg are analyzed, examples of joint scientific research and projects are given, an assessment is made of the effectiveness and efficiency of interaction between states, and the difficulties of the parties in the process of cooperation are characterized.
