Shiro Hasegawa and movie of "Dersu Uzala"

Abstract

The author of this article makes clarification of real relation between film director Akira Kurosawa and movie of "Dersu Uzala". A Japanese translator and writer, who liked Russia, was key person in this relation and the author attempts to write his biography.
