The memoirs of the graduate of the Oriental Institute (2005) are dedicated to his teachers, the staff of the
Department of the History of Chinese Civilization of the Far Eastern State University and later the Department of Pacific
Asia of the Far Eastern Federal University. The author remembers his teachers with love and gratitude, they are Andrey
Alexandrov, Lyubov Klim, Alexander Kozhevnikov, Alexander Sergeev, who combined strict scientists and charismatic
teachers, but most importantly the people from whom students sought to follow an example.
