Аннотация

Исследование анализирует влияние миграции на производительность труда в регионах России (2004–2022) с учётом отраслевой специализации. Используя метод Дрисколла–Края, выявлено, что приток мигрантов повышает производительность в нейтральных и обрабатывающих регионах, но не имеет эффекта в добывающих. Межрегиональная миграция способствует росту эффективности. Результаты подчёркивают необходимость дифференцированной миграционной политики для оптимизации экономического потенциала регионов.
