Abstract

An analysis of the status, distribution and use of agricultural land in the DFD regions has shown that, from the point of view of the development of crop production, the use of land potential is almost exhausted. Secondary information does not give high accuracy of analysis, in the future research should expand and study the distribution of land by forms of ownership, by types of crops, yields, qualitative characteristics, using field research, GIS technology. A contradiction has been found in the assessment of soil quality in the territory of the DFIs, which can also be resolved through field studies.
