Abstract

The study is devoted to the problems of developing a decision-making methodology for choosing an innovation pattern as part of the development of an innovative strategy for an industrial enterprise. The aim of the paper is to develop practical recommendations for choosing an innovation pattern under conditions of uncertainty and risk. As a result, a decision-making technique for choosing an innovation pattern has been developed, combining two decision-making methods: gray relational analysis and the TODIM method, with the weights of the criteria determined with the IDOCRIW method.
