Abstract

This article presents relevant data on the natural
dye production, main challenges in using natural
dyes, and types of feedstock for the production of
natural dyes. The methods of their making were
compared according to the physicochemical characteristics of the final products. The indicators included the dry matter content of the product and its titrated acidity. The research result shows the most optimal technology for the production of natural carrot dye.
