Abstract

Rapid diversification of technologies and decentralized finance (DeFi) against the backdrop of the ongoing digital transformation of the economy is relevant to the regulation and control of digital financial assets, as well as activities related to the generation of these assets. Technological capabilities and technology-based solutions as an important area of innovation make the process of regulation and control more dynamic and provide network analysis at the client, institutional, jurisdictional, and cross-border levels. The article examines technological capabilities and solutions for the regulation and control of digital financial assets.
