Abstract

The culture of the Far Eastern business environment
is considered to be the study object to describe the
main organizational, managerial, communicative,
and behavioral patterns. A model of the conceptual content of “business culture” definition as a meta-subject concept was developed and the attributive features were formalized. The business culture main characteristics of the Far Eastern companies at the “mature” stage of the life cycle are described in the paper. A cognitive map was drawn up and a business culture model based on the empirical data was developed. Zones of cultural confrontation with the Asian type of business culture were established, which will allow further developing
of practically applicable cross-cultural management methods.
