FEFU Scientific Scholarship:Why Student Strategies Often Fall Short?

This work is an attempt to understand the structure of the Institute of Student Science at FEFU. The institute is considered from the point of view of interaction between the university and students. Based on the premise that students are rational, their reaction to the scholarship regulations issued by the university is examined. As a result of the work, an analysis of the strategies of students who maximize their utility was carried out. Based on the tools of Game Theory, the non-optimal result of strategic interaction between actors and its consequences for the state of the institution are demonstrated.
