Abstract

In this article, the authors analyze the legal practice associated with the legalization of funds received as a result of crimes in the field of illicit drug trafficking. The heterogeneity of law enforcement, the different qualification of identical elements of crimes by law enforcement agencies of the subjects of the Russian Federation indicates the presence of discrepancies in legal acts, which, in turn, prevents the formation of uniformity, the development of an algorithm for bringing the person who committed the above crime to criminal responsibility.
