Abstract

At present, one of the most valuable assets of the company is its intellectual capital, which can help drive high growth rates and contribute to increasing its competitiveness. In this article, we used the quantum regression method to look at how effectively intellectual capital helps Russian businesses grow. The analysis was based on panel data from 97 Russian companies between 2017 and 2021, except for large companies in the mining and banking sectors. The results showed that while intellectual capital has a significant impact on the growth of fast-growing organizations, it has virtually no impact on slow-growing companies. The analysis also showed that material capital is still the most important thing for Russian businesses to grow. Based on the results, proposals were made that the Russian business community should actively create and use intellectual resources.
