ON THE PROBLEMS OF COMPILING A BIBLIOGRAPHY LIST IN SCIENTIFIC WORKS ON JURISPRUDENCE

The article talks about the need for each author to be responsible for the bibliographic description of publications used in his work, the quality of the design of reference lists, the conscientious attitude to the sources used. Specific examples of deficiencies, inaccuracies and even falsifications in the works of individual authors are given. The purpose of this publication is to show that a thoughtful study of the works of other authors and their conscientious use in writing one’s own scientific work are the indicators that give readers an opinion about the author as an authoritative scholar, whose work will be in demand and cited. Everyone who has chosen his way in science and is making first steps on this path should strive for this.
