LEGAL REGULATIONS BY MEANS OF WHICH THE NECESSARY BEHAV-IOR OF SUBJECTS OF LABOR RELATIONS IS ACHIEVED

The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of public relations arising as a result of the realization by citizens of the constitutional right to work. The concept and mechanism of legal regulation of non-independent relations in the field of labor have been defined. Guided by the content of normative legal acts regulating wage labor, legal norms issued by the state and norms formulated at the local level, in particular, collective, individual and others have been studied. The theoretical basis of the study is in the provisions and conclusions contained in the works of Russian and foreign scientists: S. S. Alekseeva, D. A. Kerimov, N. M. Korshunov, V. M. Lebedev, R. Z. Livshits, A. M. Lushnikova, M. V. Lushnikova, V. V. Mamontov, I. A. Pokrovsky, V. A. Protsevsky, A. V. Shmatko, V. F. Yakovlev and others. The characteristic features of the complex method of legal regulation of labor and closely related social relations are highlighted. The scientific position on changes in the approach to determining the features of characteristic features in the regulation of social and labor relations has been further substantiated.
