Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of legal and non-legal features of evaluative concepts in civil law, the author's definition of evaluative concepts is proposed. The
purpose of this study is to identify the specifics of the evaluative concepts of contract law. The paper uses methods of logical and systematic analysis of the prerequisites for fixing evaluative concepts in the law and determining the circle of persons entitled to interpret
evaluative concepts in the contract. The study of this problem is significant and relevant in the modern law of obligations. given the continuing trend of expanding the use of evaluative concepts by both the legislator and the participants in legal obligations.
