Abstract

The article offers an analysis of the main legal documents regulating the current stage of interregional cooperation between Russian regions and Northeast China. The history of the first Russian-Chinese agreements and their evolution has been considered, and the historical and legal foundations of cross-border cooperation between Russia and China are analyzed. A general description of law-making activities in the field of regional cooperation between Russia and China is given. A classification of the main types of agreements in the field of interregional cooperation has been carried out. The legal support for cooperation between Northeast China and Russian regions is considered. The work uses the method of interpretation of law, case method, comparative legal and historical legal methods.
